The Pilates method is a practice integrating movement, breath, and awareness to develop a stronger, more flexible, and more balanced body. Under the guidance of a certified teacher, the Pilates method is a safe and effective practice for all bodies—whether you’re training for a marathon, returning to exercise during/after physical therapy, meeting the demands of pregnancy and early parenting, or just simply looking to improve your health and wellness.

At Rooted Pilates our mission is simple: to challenge our students with a practice rooted in Joseph Pilates’ method and informed by a modern understanding of the body, movement, and wellness.
