Rachel Lopez — Mat Certified Pilates Instructor Rachel loves introducing students to the powerful practice of Pilates. Her classes are accessible and challenging for all bodies, while her clear cueing helps students find more ease and strength. She delights in students’ ‘aha’ moments as they build strength over a continued practice.
