Private sessions are a great place to start if you're new to Pilates or returning after time away, modifying for an injury or special condition, or simply want to individualize your workout. Nothing's better than one-on-one attention when working towards a specific goal.
Private sessions are taught on a mix of Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, chair, and barrels, and mat, to provide each student a unique workout. During the initial session -- as well as a few minutes at the start of each session -- teacher and student will assess posture and movement and will set short- and long-term goals for their work together.
