Whether you're new to Pilates, easing back into exercise after physical therapy treatment, or simply want to individualize your workout, Private sessions are a great place to start. Nothing's better than one-on-one attention when working towards a specific goal.
Private sessions are taught on a mix of Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, chair, and barrels, and mat, to provide each student a unique practice. During the initial session — as well as a few minutes at the start of each session — teacher and student will assess postural and movement patterns and will set short- and long-term goals for their work together.
